- Protect feet and body from blisters and chafing

- Ultrarunners favorite
Trail Toes® is an anti-friction cream that protects your feet and body from blisters and chafing. The specially formulated silicon and bees wax based formula provides a lubrication layer on your skin to reduce rubbing irritation. Apply it directly to known trouble spots before hiking and it will last all day. It works well to prevent blisters on your feet and chafing of your inner thighs, underarms, waist, chest, shoulders, and neck.
A proven favorite in the ultrarunning community, it has been tested by endurance athletes from many disciplines and of varying levels of experience in desert, arctic, wet, and mountainous terrain. The special formula has helped these adventurers compete more effectively in some of the most extreme athletic endeavors on the planet. It's a recommended replacement for Hydropel by Mike Clelland, NOLS instructor and author of Ultralight Backpackin’ Tips.
Trail Toes is available in single-use packets, refillable mini jars, and medium jars. For occasional use, put a packet in your first aid kit. For a short trip, take a mini jar and refill it when empty. Use our Mini Jars or Hinge-Top Containers for more options to repackage and take only what you need.
ProTIP - If your feet are pruney from being wet most of the day after crossing streams or hiking in the rain, apply a thin layer of Trail Toes to your feet before bed and again in the morning. This will restore your skin and provide a layer of protection from moisture.
Instructions
Apply directly to skin. For short distance, apply a thin visible layer to each side of the foot, between toes, and known hot spots. For longer or wetter distance, apply a thicker layer. Reapply with each sock change as needed.

Indispensable for wet hiking
This stuff is amazing. I slather it on in the morning in wet conditions and it keeps my feet healthy and happy. A little goes a long way - I might go through about half of a "single-use" packet on a 4-day trip. Do yourself a favor and try Trail Toes. I can't recommend it enough, especially if you're hiking somewhere wet and muddy!

slicks me up like a pig
This stuff is fantastic. Ive used body glide for years but I decided to try trail toes on a whim. Hiked 26 miles through the olympic mountains with this on all my chafe spots. No issues or chafing that would otherwise normally occur as I huffed and puffed to the top. I got the smaller refillable jar which was an ample supply.

Always Helpful
The smaller jar occupied less space but was easy to use. Great for longer trips in wet conditions.
